CARBON STORIES
Documentation Over Time
How we work

Over Time.

We document developments and build-outs as they change — before the process, through the middle, and after it’s finished — so the full story is clear, repeatable, and easy to hand to whoever builds the next one.

01

Documenting Change

Any project with a physical change over time, a construction space, a build-out, a development, has a story that only makes sense when you capture the whole arc. We’re there before it starts, through the messy middle, and after it’s finished, recording it in a way that communicates well to your team, to future projects, and to the next location that duplicates this one.

Before

The starting point

The empty space, the conditions, the plan. The baseline everything else is measured against.

During

The change in motion

Crews, milestones, the build as it happens. Captured on a rhythm, across visits, so nothing gets lost.

After

The finished thing

The space in use. The payoff, and the reference for the next build that follows this one.

02

Why It Travels

Bring us in for a single phase and we’ll make it count. Bring us in for the full arc and you get something far more valuable.

1
A repeatable record. Future teams can see exactly how it was done and follow it.
2
Any phase, or all of it. Plug us in for one visit, or the whole timeline. Full is best.
3
Built to share. Hand it to a developer, a GC, or a stakeholder and they get it instantly.
03

See It Over Time

Building something over time? This is how we capture it.
Bring us in before the first wall goes up, or anywhere along the way. The more of the arc we document, the more useful it is for the next one.
